Can Buddhism explain luck?

Have you wondered why some people seem to have all the luck?
Their road to riches seems so easy.
Their efforts to cultivate good relationships always pays off.
And they are living a blessed life.

I would be filled with jealousy and envy thinking of such “unfairness”. Even more so when I think that the person is not capable or competent enough to deserve such results.
After learning Buddhism, I have made some progress in managing such negative feelings.
I can attribute their luck to the karma they have made themselves.
Rather than complaining, I could also follow the same path.
