# 何谓佛家所说的六根清净?

“六根清净”就是眼见了色，不为色尘所摇动；耳听了声尘，不为声尘所摇动；鼻不为香尘所摇动；舌不为味尘所摇动；身不为触尘所摇动；意不为法尘所摇动；能不为境界所摇动，这就叫三昧，也就是定。  
“定”不一定打坐才有定，行、住、坐、卧都在定里面。不是说在定里头，就像木头、泥巴，什么都不知道，他知道一切但不为一切所转，即人能转环境，而不为环境所转，这叫人转境而境不能转人。
