There is a new vegetarian restaurant opening at Parkway Parade:
D’Life Signature - part of the D’Life group of restaurants.
They had a soft launch in July and I visited them. I must say the food is really quite well prepared.
Their official launch is today (1 Aug 2018). There is a 20% discount ongoing (I think for the month of August 2018). So go check them out!

If you are at Teck Ghee Market & Food Centre, why not try out the vegetarian mock chicken rice?
I agree with the article, it is the best vegetarian chicken rice in my opinion. Made all that more palatable due to the awareness that no chicken was directly killed for it.
Often the case, our Lamrim classes will have gatherings with food catered. However, it is often quite difficult to find caterers for a group of less than 30.

The menu is extensive and they deliver island-wide (with minimum order of SGD 50 and a delivery fee of SGD 10).

Very nice vegetarian Korean food, and its conveniently located above One-North MRT station. Highly recommend the Doenjang Jjigae (bean paste soup) and Hobak Beoseos Bokkeum (sauteed zucchini and mushrooms). Going to try the army stew one day!

Talking about vegetarian Korean food, I quite frequently patronise The Boneless Kitchen. This is a sister restaurant to the Daehwa Vegetarian food. Closest MRT to it should be Tai Seng station on the circle line.
